Some LinkedIn Premium subscribers have been unable to cancel their plans for a week or more. Microsoft says it is fixing the issue and working to improve the overall billing process.

Microsoft confirmed that LinkedIn generated $1.7 billion in revenue for premium subscriptions from its LinkedIn business social network in 2023, and subscriber numbers went up 25 percent that year.

The catch is that you have to pay for sending them. LinkedIn Inmails are available by upgrading to a premium paid plan with additional Inmail credits costing $10 each.
