Leslie Hernandez, a 23-year-old, was apprehended on charges of felony DUI and several other offenses. Hernandez is currently held in Santa Barbara County Jail with bail set at $100,000.

Barry Leslie Acquistapace was born on Nov. 30, 1956, in Santa Barbara, and grew up in Goleta. He is remembered by many of the 35 kids who grew up with him on Momouth Avenue.
