After a search for a new venue, the organizers of the annual Pet Rock Fest have announced that this year's event will take place Oct. 6 at Lancaster Fairgrounds, home of the Bolton Fair in Lancaster.

Lancaster County Sheriff's Office SC also provided an update on the incident: “Law enforcement is responding to an incident at Walmart in the City of Lancaster (805 Highway 9 Bypass West).
