The Summit County Districting Commission finalized a map breaking the county into five distinct geographical districts on Monday.

The Independent Redistricting Commission's plan for Arizona likely results in 4 Republican, 3 Democratic and 2 "competitive" congressional districts in the state.

It comes as several states have moved to redraw their legislative districts — which determine the makeup of the House of Representatives — ahead of the 2026 midterm elections.
