The man who fatally shot 10 people in 2021 at a King Soopers supermarket in Boulder, Colorado has been found guilty of first-degree murder and all other charges he was facing.
That brother said that in the years and months before the King Soopers mass shooting in Boulder, Ahmad Alissa began to change. The 22-year-old said his brother spoke gibberish at times.
The two sides will now work for 100 days to reach a new agreement, with King Soopers also agreeing not to lock workers out during that time if negotiations sour.
King Soopers is requesting relief from the court in the form of payment from Local 7 for costs, expenses and damages sustained due to the labor strike deemed unlawful by the plaintiff.
