Supporters of law enforcement and officers and deputies themselves joined in the Kern County Law Enforcement Foundation's Inaugural Golf Tournament on Sept. 6 at Kern River Golf Course.

The Knights of Columbus Council 977 is set to host a first-ever golf tournament at Kern River Golf Course on June 7. The tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 8 a.m., organizers said.
