MARIETTA, Ga. — A car fire in a parking deck at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta has prompted road closures in the area. The fire broke out in the blue tower parking deck.
Marietta police tell FOX 5 the fire started around 10:15 a.m. in the blue tower parking deck of the hospital. Crews currently have control of the fire and are working to put it out.
Marietta Fire said "several security guards were treated by Kennestone Hospital staff for smoke inhalation." The fire was under control by around 10:35 a.m., the fire department said.
