Treasure Map XXV is found to the east of Rattay in the Broken Wheel Inn's cellar, near where Henry trains with Captain Bernard. However, the treasure itself is a long way away to the east of Skalitz.

The first treasure map location is inside the Cave in Apollonia. This rocky area is in the east of the game's first region, and you can find the cave itself in the north of the area.
