Williamson County is expanding its juvenile justice center amid an increase in teen crimes.
The $90 million expansion includes 48 new beds, a new courtroom focused on family services, learning and exercise areas.
The proposed facility would create a new home for the West Central Regional Juvenile Center’s non-secure programs, including transitional housing programs for at-risk boys and girls.
