A 65-year-old man is facing charges after a high-speed chase that ended with a car fire in Upper Tulpehocken Township on Sunday.

The Phillies are signing 40-year-old right-hander David Robertson for a third time, according to reports, adding an ostensible high-leverage arm to a bullpen needing one.
