Last month Intel dished out new drivers for its integrated graphics. Now they're officially available on the Surface Book, Surface Pro 4 via Windows Update.

A new driver for Intel HD graphics is rolling out to Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book devices. Here is what to look for and what is fixed with the latest update.

The premium version of the Surface Pro 4 uses a Core i7-6650U with Intel’s premium graphics, the Intel Iris 540. Microsoft also confirmed some details of the GPU inside the base of the Surface Book.

Similarly, Surface Pro 4 owners have received a slew of driver updates and other things that improve system stability, battery status accuracy, auto rotation, sleep state troubles, and more.

The Core m is paired with Intel HD 515 graphics rather than HD 520 graphics in the U series CPUs. The Core i7 will be available with Intel Iris graphics, which isn't yet shipping as of this writing.
