West FARGO — Industrial Builders Inc. is celebrating 70 years in business, as well as the opening of a new shop facility at the company's home at 1307 County Road 17 N. in West Fargo.

The industrial building at 8 Belden Road was finished in 2007. The property sold to Metcalfe for $3.4 million in late 2009, according to town assessing records.
