On the north wall of the basement is a cracked wall. Use a Bomb on the wall to open it up, and then enter into the hidden room, where the heart piece is located.

Having survived the Molgrim and helped the town of Nobodyville, it's time to venture on to Coalhaven, as you continue your journey toward Moon Mountain.
