The Hudson Piers apartments and retail space is located at 55 Riverside Drive. Phase 1 of the project is the completion of two of the six rental buildings and several amenities.

Two of those 10 new grants went to projects in Yonkers. One is a $7.5 million award for Bridgewater North at Ludlow Station, a 208-unit apartment complex next to a Metro-North Railroad stop.
