ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WJAR) — A months-long construction project along I-95 is bringing daily commuter traffic to a standstill.
It's a picture we've come to expect with the ever-present construction on I-95, Delaware's largest highway. But, the Delaware Transportation Department has a new initiative to improve the confusion.
The Florida Highway Patrol has reported a roadblock on the northbound lanes of Interstate 95, north of Halifax Avenue at mile marker 237.
