A group in Los Angeles is helping dogs in animal shelters become more adoptable. Dog Coalition LA is a nonprofit that pairs shelter dogs with fosters.

Dogs Playing For Life will conduct a multi-day training for York County SPCA staff and volunteers, teaching them about how to socialize canines and make them more adoptable.
