The hotel on the corner of Seventh and Boulder will be converted in the developer's ninth Tulsa project. Rental rates for the West 7th Apartments have yet to be determined.

A push to provide more affordable housing in Oklahoma City was just approved by the city council last week. Developers are planning to convert the old downtown Holiday Inn hotel into micro-apartments.
