Developers have purchased two properties encompassing 3.8 acres in downtown Golden Valley as they look to redevelop a former clinic and bank branch into apartments.

Golden Valley has been something of a hot market for apartment projects, especially along I-394. Construction is underway on The Arcata, Trammell Crow’s 165-unit luxury complex at 5500 Wayzata Blvd.
