THC industry advocates, retailers and consumers are making it pretty clear where they stand about the proposed ban on all consumable THC products—wheeling in over 100,000 letters urging Gov. Greg Abbott to veto the legislation on Monday morning.

Abbott faces pressure from both sides of the aisle. The prohibition was a priority for Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick, but some hemp farmers and veterans want it killed.

SAN ANTONIO – Gov. Greg Abbott was in San Antonio on Monday to sign legislation establishing the Texas Cyber Command. The event at the National Security Collaboration Center followed the passing of House Bill 150, which created the Texas Cyber Command to protect against cyber threats from foreign countries.
