It's not your everyday assault. Fox8 Cleveland reports that the gorilla mascot at the Wireless Center, a cellular phone retailer in Strongsville, was attacked last week by a kid in a banana costume.

World Gorilla Day is on Tuesday, September 24. The Detroit Zoo will hold a celebration from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Zoo’s Great Apes of Harambee.
