Multiple people were transported to a hospital after a multi-car crash in Tennessee. The City of Gatlinburg said that five vehicles were involved.

According to Gatlinburg police, three patients were taken to the University of Tennessee Medical Center in a helicopter, and three others were taken to the hospital in an ambulance.
