Cressman's General Store and Gas Station, a frequented stop for travelers headed toward Shaver or Huntington Lakes, was destroyed as the Creek Fire grew in Fresno County overnight.

6 p.m.: Shaver wastewater treatment damaged. A wastewater treatment plant in Shaver Lake was damaged by the Creek Fire and is expected to cause delays in re-population.

A trial for two women charged for their alleged roles in the homicide of a 20-year-old woman in Flint has been scheduled to take place in August.
