GameStop customers over the past five years could be eligible for a piece of a $4.5 million settlement from a class action lawsuit filed in New York State.

Who is eligible for the GameStop-Facebook settlement? To qualify for this settlement, you need to have bought something from GameStop's website any time between Aug. 18, 2020, and April 7, 2025.

Claims must be submitted by Aug. 15, 2025. That date is also the deadline to object to the settlement or ask to speak in court about your opinion of the settlement.
