The 18 foot tall troll, stuck under the north side of the Aurora Bridge (Hwy 99), won't eat you, but it keeps a watchful eye on the Fremont neighborhood.

The troll design went up against several others, including a giant chair, and won the public vote at the Fremont Fair. The design was, in fact, based on the children’s story.
