PHOENIX — Four Corners Taphouse, new kind of sports bar, is set to open in Peoria on Monday. The 4,400-square-foot West Valley bar will be located at 24762 N. Lake Pleasant Parkway.

The heart of East Peoria’s downtown is the Four Corners area, where Illinois Route 29, Route 116, Route 132, and East River Drive all converge.
