According to the United Airlines Flight Status tracker, the plane departed from Vancouver, Canada around 7 a.m. Wednesday and arrived at the Sacramento International Airport around 9:15 a.m.

United Airlines said in a statement: “United flight 147 returned to London Heathrow airport to address a potential mechanical issue. The flight landed safely and was subsequently cancelled.
