The Nest Protect smoke and CO alarm replacement from First Alert is now listed on the US and Canadian Google Store.

Google Store now lists First Alert SC5, the replacement for the discontinued Nest Protect smoke and carbon monoxide alarm.

Google is no stranger to discontinuing products and services, and these two devices are no exception. Will anything be able to replace them?
