The New Orleans Saints are going gold. Again. The Saints introduced a gold alternate jersey Tuesday for the 2025, announcing the uniform with a hype video on social media.

NEW ORLEANS — The New Orleans Saints have unveiled a new alternate uniform for the 2025 regular season. The Saints revealed the gold uniform, which will be paired with a black helmet.

They wore gold jerseys, along with gold helmets and black pants, for a game in 2002. Saints wide receivers Rashid Shaheed and Brandin Cooks don Saints' new alternate jerseys.

Cliff Christl, the Packers’ team historian, was asked about the assertion that the jersey color is black and gold. He wasn’t prepared to say either way. “I'm not sure,” Christl said.
