The driver was jailed on complaints of first-degree manslaughter, driving under the influence, causing an accident without a valid driver's license and improper driving on a divided highway.

The Tulsa Police Department Homicide Unit is asking those who captured video from 10-11:30 p.m. during the Juneteenth event prior to a fatal shooting to share the footage with investigators.
