DeGeneres was the host of her eponymous talk show from 2003 to 2022. Before the show came to an end, DeGeneres came under fire after multiple accusations swirled of toxic behavior on set.

She landed a gig hosting The Ellen DeGeneres Show in 2003, which is still airing today and has starred in a number of movies including EdTV, Mr. Wrong, and Finding Nemo, as the voice of Dory.
