The homebuilder said it would develop 63 townhomes with prices starting in the $500,000s. Sales for the project — named Toll Brothers at The River District — will begin this summer.

Revised plans for the Grower's District project in Sacramento's River District show more apartment units but also changes in building heights for the ambitious three-property redevelopment project.

The River District will ultimately bring around 5,000 homes, market rate and affordable apartments, millions of square feet of office space, half a million square feet of retail and 1,000 hotel rooms.
