Jason Garreau, a 39-year-old inmate from Eagle Butte, was reportedly found May 15 "unresponsive in his cell" at the penitentiary, according to the state Department of Corrections.
The release did not detail Garreau's cause of death. Arrow Jr., 24, was also found "unresponsive in his cell" at the Jameson Annex on May 18, three days after Garreau's reported death.
