Coyote Pass is sold. Kody Brown, Janelle Brown, Meri Brown, and Robyn Brown no longer own property together. According to the U.S. Sun, the 14-acre land known as Coyote Pass was sold this month.

Janelle Brown argued for her share of Coyote Pass for years after she left Kody Brown. She was even concerned they could lose the land entirely. Her concerns were valid. It was a real possibility.

Kody Brown put his name on every parcel of land when the Browns purchased the land. Left unchecked he would have been entitled to nearly $1 million in the property's sale.
