When you play Dune: Awakening, you’re there on Arrakis, which I expected. But the first thing that awed me happened when I was randomly scrolling around the screen.

The franchise even gets its title, Dune, from the planet's nickname. And yet, in the upcoming HBO series Dune: Prophecy, Arrakis barely features at all.

Dune: Awakening excels in creating an immersive game world on Arrakis. The game's soundscape, including sandworm roars & storms, enhances its atmosphere.
