Downtown Bellevue's outdoor concert series "Live at Lunch" is back from July 5 to September 8 featuring local Northwest bands every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, noon to 1:30 p.m.

That’s just not the space, but the things that go on, the visibility and profile of downtown Bellevue as a destination for that sort of thing. I think right now it’s a little thin.
