It wasn’t until 1988 when a reunion of original park employees, known as the “Ozzies,” brought the park back to life with yearly re-openings known as the Autumn at Oz Festival.

Each year, the park hosts an Ole Mill Crank-Up, inviting visitors inside the mill, which still functions, to taste home-milled corn and experience what life was like on the mill in the 1800s.
