A Coffs Coast man, drunk and unlicensed, has been sentenced after a break-up bender saw him smash his Toyota Prado into a power pole, landing him in hospital and with massive bills.

Less than a week after admitting he forgot to pay for his bill at a restaurant, Robert Irwin has returned to the scene of the crime to settle the score.

Alexandra Erica Perry appeared in Coffs Harbour Local Court briefly on Tuesday. She is charged with breaching an apprehended domestic violence order and with stalking and intimidating.
