LOS ANGELES, July 08, 2025--Turner Impact Capital and Kalterra Capital Partners have acquired the 376-unit Kinstead community in McKinney, TX, to ease our growing housing crisis.

Kalterra Capital Partners is a Dallas-based private real estate development firm specializing in the acquisition and development of multifamily and dynamic mixed-use properties across Texas.

The former hotel, originally built as an Embassy Suites, will get a new life as a 197-unit apartment complex with a plant-filled indoor atrium and swimming pool.
