The 469 FCNs issued since the pilot scheme began has seen tickets to the value of €24,365 paid to Cork City Council, with the out-of-hours costing an estimated €23,881 to operate.
Total revenue from parking, including fees for on-street parking and council-owned car parks, as well as fines, increased by almost 1% to €9.34 million – an annual increase of over €73,000.
