Osuna was fired through a vote of the City Council during a closed session on Monday, May 12, according to Richmond City Councilwoman Reva Trammell.

They can run for re-election to the seat next year. The city council could also vote Tuesday to approve $2.2 million in funding to help relocate the coal piles along the Fox River downtown.
