Albany, NY — According to city officials, Albany's school zone speeding cameras have resulted in $3.24 million in fines since their implementation.

Albany School of Humanities (108 Whitehall Road): July 7, 2025-August 15, 2025 cameras will be active from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The posted speed limit in Albany school zones is 20 mph, with the city’s maximum speed limit of 25 mph. Drivers must yield to any pedestrians in the roadway or crosswalks.
