July 29, 2024 Moorlyn Square Theatre, Ocean City's century-old cinema, reopens on the boardwalk The property across the Music Pier underwent renovations and has showings on four screens.

The theater will return to those roots for three weekends this summer with Cinema at the Square. Running July 25-Aug. 11, the film series features 15 classic movies on the theater’s big screen.

From old Hollywood classics like "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes" and "Rebel Without a Cause" to '80s favorites such as "Die Hard" and "Moonstruck," Cinema at the Square will feature films July 25-Aug. 11.
