PITTSBURGH — Some Citizens Bank customers in the Pittsburgh area woke up on Friday expecting to have new paychecks in their accounts in time for the weekend, but the money wasn't there yet.

Some Citizens customers told Eyewitness News their direct-deposit paychecks didn’t arrive when they were supposed to, but by 10:45 a.m., the deposits were starting to arrive.
