According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index, Chick-fil-A was voted the highest in customer satisfaction for the 11th consecutive year.

There are roughly 18 Chick-fil-A restaurants in the Kansas City metropolitan area, including locations in Olathe, Lee’s Summit, Liberty and Midtown.
