A truck has been removed from the Patapsco River while another vehicle is hanging from the metal of the Francis Scott Key bridge in Baltimore, a report says.

BOSTON — A sheet of crinkled metal was seen dangling from a bridge over Boston's notorious Storrow Drive on Wednesday, and a roofless box truck was seen approximately one-half mile away.
