Haas has worked at Catalina State Park for about the last 15 years. That’s less time than Pima County has been trying to acquire Kelly Ranch, with efforts beginning back in 2004.

The park is located on State Highway 77 at mile marker 81, six miles north of Ina Road. There's usually a $7-per-vehicle admission entrance fee, but that is waived for the anniversary festivities.
