SpaceX has lined up an evening launch from Cape Canaveral on Monday, but the threat of thunderstorms could force a delay.

The Cape Canaveral City Council also has filled its city manager vacancy, voting 5-0 in favor of Keith Touchberry for the post.

Keith Touchberry, who had served as Fellsmere police chief and assistant city manager, was unanimously selected as Cape Canaveral's new city manager.
