Punxsutawney Phil isn't the only weather-predicting groundhog that enjoys a day of public spotlight. In Ohio, Buckeye Chuck has made his call.

In comparison, Buckeye Chuck had been correct an estimated 75% of the time as of last year, according to the Marion Star, a part of the USA TODAY Network. Witnesses told police the suspect left his apartment and began throwing objects, including flowerpots, at people nearby.
