Residents will have access to Parkland Villages's 25-acre Dragonfly Park with a pool, fitness center, dog park, kayak launch and hike and bike trails. The homes are expected to start in the $320,000s.
The firm also designed the Dragonfly Park amenity center in Bridgeland’s Parkland Village and is collaborating on a future amenity center in Prairieland Village.
Bridgeland, which is located south of 290 near the Grand Parkway, recently announced construction has started on a retail center anchored by the area's first H-E-B.
Howard Hughes Corp. purchased more than 10,000 acres to develop Bridgeland in 2003, and sales of new homes began in 2006. Bridgeland now spans about 11,400 acres.
