The $30 million Mt. Hope School was built with revenue from a $130 million bond proposal approved by Lansing voters in 2022.

Demolition continued on the automotive building behind the school, 2020 N. 42nd St., as Clark Auction Co. sold off supplies and equipment no longer needed from the old facility.
